Before you send

Describe what you were doing and what happened. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and Warrabee version from Settings → About & Privacy Policy. Hide personal details in screenshots. App records and receipts are not attached automatically.

What's free?

Save products, receipts, and warranties; search your collection; open original receipt files; and set warranty reminders. No Warrabee account is required.

What does Pro add?

Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase for Claim Pack and manual Backup & Restore. The price is shown by the App Store before purchase. It is not a subscription. Automatic backup and iCloud sync are not included.

Restore a purchase or a backup?

Restore Purchases checks Pro access for your Apple Account. To import a backup of products and receipt files, use Backup & Restore. Existing products are not replaced by restore.

Missing records or a receipt?

Contact support before deleting or reinstalling the app. Your records are stored on the device. If you have an exported backup, keep an untouched copy while investigating.

Warrabee organizes records; it does not provide insurance, extend warranties, or guarantee claim acceptance. Coverage is decided by the seller or warranty provider.
